Alert the transition from certification to the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015

The ISO 9001: 2008 - Quality Management Systems Requirements  ISO 14001: 20015- Environmental Management Systems Requirements  was revised in 2015.

It is now in force the two versions of each standard (version 2008 and 2015). However certifications to ISO 9001 ISO 14001freak: 2008 cease to be valid three years after the edition of the standard that is in September 2018, so should organizations establish the transition methodology within the deadlines set by its certifying body.

From 2017 it will no longer be possible to grant certification to companies by versions of ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 20015 and the certification of systems occurred by ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 20015.

Companies already certified for the version of the standard transition should keep in mind that the limit it will have to take place by June 2018.

However if your recertification process acorrer in 2017 to minimize costs the transition should occur at this time, otherwise the follow-up audit in 2018, will have a lasting increase thereby increasing the costs to the certified organization.

Certified organizations must safeguard the training and transition of its management system recommending a minimum of 6 months prior to the certification body of the transition audit.
