General Objectives:
This course aims to equip participants with the following skills: to manage their team and the technical aspects inherent to the project, thus ensuring the success of the project at these two levels.
Specific Objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

 - Interpersonal relationships: The habits of a highly effective leader;

 - Ability to communicate with the team and stakeholders;
 - Motivation: how to self-motivate and motivate the team to achieve the goals.
 
- Launch of the project: definition of objectives;
 - Project schedule;
 - Project execution and control;
 - Completion of the project.
 
- Risk control: risk identification, analysis and assessment;
 - Personality conflicts: definition of the 4 types of personalities;
 - Conflicts of objectives.
 
- In conclusion: How to define a leader.
