General Objectives:
This course aims to equip participants with the following skills: to manage their team and the technical aspects inherent to the project, thus ensuring the success of the project at these two levels.

Specific Objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the typology of leadership to be adopted taking into account the typology of the project and its stakeholders.

Module IV - Project Management risk and conflict management

• Risk control: risk identification, analysis and assessment;
• Personality conflicts: definition of the 4 types of personalities;
• Conflicts of objectives.
