Project Management & MS Projet - Planning and Control of Works
General objectives:
The planning and management of a project are crucial aspects for the development of companies in competitive contexts. In this way, this training action aims at the participants to understand project management in civil construction, complemented by a practical approach supported in MS Project.
Specific objectives:
At the end of this course the trainees will be able to:
• Identify stakeholders and phases of a construction project;
• Identify and organize the constituent elements of a civil construction project;
• Compatibilize civil construction projects;
• Design and plan a project with Microsoft Project;
• Sort activities by job sequencing;
• Prepare general and detailed planning maps using Microsoft Project;
• Perform a practical planning exercise using Microsoft Project;
• Use Microsoft Project to track the execution of a project.
