General Objectives:
This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to enable them to correctly carry out the salary processing of their company, according to the changes introduced with the new labor law, Law No. 93/2019, of september 4.
Specific Objectives:
At the end of the course participants will:
- Enable knowledge of the application of procedures regarding the definition of working hours that enable the company to articulate at each moment in relation to its productivity;
- Know concepts such as flexicurity and geographical and functional flexibility and mobility;
- Identify the various types of employment contracts, their stakeholders and procedures (renewals, expiry and prior notices);
- Know the different forms of remuneration and remuneration, including wage supplements;
- Recognize the existing Social Security System in Portugal and the obligations and rights of employers and employees;
- Explore the changes introduced with the new labor law, Law No. 93/2019, of september 4.
