General Objectives
This Course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills that will allow them to more easily detect schemes and procedures usually applied in money laundering operations and thus be able to act accordingly and make a more effective internal control of this type of transactions.
Specific Objectives
At the end of the course, learners are able to:
- Know the Challenges and Duties of the Entities in the Prevention of Money Laundering and the Prevention Measures, in the National and Community Framework;
- Identify the Responsibilities of the Management and Management Staff and the respective Sanctions in case of Infringement;
- Distinguish Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing;
- Recognize suspicious Operations and adopt Analysis Methodologies and Good Combat Practices;
- Update Customer Identification Strategies and Internal Transaction Control.
