Module I - Characterize the quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001: 2015
7 quality management principles;
The vocabulary quality in accordance with ISO 9000: 2005;
The organization model of a quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015;
Interpretation of regulatory requirements according to the new version 2015 of ISO 9001;
High-Level Structure (Annex SL);
Risk-based thinking;
Management responsibility;
Resource management;
Product realization / Service Delivery;
Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation;
Changes to ISO 9001: 2015 from the previous 2008 version.
Module II - Identify and characterize the QMS document structure
Identification of Documented Information and Retained required in regulatory requirements;
Documentation in the QMS processes;
Standards for selecting the nature, extent and amount of procedures, work instructions or records to decide to include in the QMS;
Records of the quality management system.
Module III - Identify key steps to implement a QMS
Step 1: Define responsibilities and plan the project;
Step 2: Conduct training;
Step 3: Set the length and layout to adopt the implementation of the QMS;
Step 4: Devise and implement the quality management system;
Step 5: Perform Internal audit;
Step 6: Certification audit – Certification Body
Step 7: Strengthen the quality management system and continual improvent.
Module IV - Piloting the certification process of the quality management system
Know in detail the certification process;
Prepare the organization for the cycles of maintenance / renovation of the QMS.
