Systems Management and Networking in Linux
Linux is the fastest growing operating system in recent years. As part of the open-source movement, Linux is a completely free operating system whose source code is available to users so they can modify it to suit their needs, fix any bugs and add new features.
This course aims to provide participants with the technical knowledge and experience in the most basic administration tasks, such as understanding the Linux phenomenon; Explore the text console and the GUI and learn the system processes.
Specific objectives
At the end of the Course participants will have learned: Accessing the system; Manage the file system; Manage the graphical environment; Hardware Architecture Settings; Manage Packages; Manage Processes; Perform Linux administration tasks; Control Boot processes; Configure system services; Configure multiple network services on the system.
