Dealing with and Managing Difficult People
This course aims to equip participants with effective knowledge and skills to manage people and difficult situations in a work context, addressing the behavioral aspects and helping to create personal strategies and giving good practices to deal with these situations.
Specific objectives:
At the end of this course participants will know:
• Understand the behaviors and emotions behind certain attitudes
• How to develop healthy and positive relationships at work;
• Understand that people are not equal and that the ways of managing and communicating them are different;
• The importance of communication and how it should be used to minimize "noise";
• Develop a personal plan of action to deal with so-called "difficult" people.
