Assertiveness - How to Improve Labor Relations through assertiveness
This course aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills that enable them to improve interpersonal relationships through the use of assertive expressions and behaviors.
Specific objectives:
At the end of the Course participants will be able to:
Distinguish between different types of communication;
Define assertiveness;
Formulate requests and affirmations assertively;
Identify the positive aspects of using assertive behavior;
Present positive indicators linked to being attentive to non-verbal language;
Cite the main organizational obstacles to effective communication.
