Communicate Assertively and Manage Conflicts
This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills that enable them to increase communication and assertive behaviors and to manage emerging conflicts adequately.
Specific objectives:
At the end of this course participants will be able to:
• Identify the main needs of assertive communication;
• Specify the importance of quality, interpersonal relationships and group development;
• Explain the consequences of ineffective behaviors;
• Identify the main types of conflicts and point out ways of managing them.

Communication and communication attitudes
4. Characteristics and consequences of attitudes in the relational process
