And Outplacement Coaching is a process that prepares the person to find a new career plans, maximizing their opportunities for professional development and increasing their employability.

The search for a new start, often unemployed, is an experience of great emotional and psychological need that goes far beyond the professional level, directly reaching personal, financial and family life of the person.

The success to find a new professional project depends on good management of emotional skills and simultaneously the acquisition of job search strategies.
Throughout the process of Outplacement Coaching, the person is prepared for the new challenges, discovering over time new features and behavioral skills that support the emotional management of change, the clear definition of objectives, a good preparation of a CV, as making a successful interview, among outos themes.

Purpose
From a self analysis and evaluation enhance the intrinsic skills and develop the skills necessary for a professional change process successful

Recipients
This program is intended for all persons who are in the process of professional change of job transition or intending to make an assessment of his professional career to the future level.

Methodology
The process of Outplacement Coaching has a base of 8 classroom sessions structure with a duration of 60 minutes in which first one does an analysis of the current situation (what is) and perspective alternative (which may be) . In a second phase, we move to the definition of objectives and its plan of action and a third phase, are passed techniques and tools for preparation of CV's; Networking; Personal marketing; Interviews; Entrepreneurship.
The times of each session are combined between the participant and the coach.
