MINI-MBA Specialization in Compliance


This course is intended for all professionals who wish to develop and expand their knowledge in compliance strategies and mechanisms.

All students are entitled to a certificate of participation in the MINI-MBA.
Additionally, and at no additional cost, they may take an assessment exam at the end of the course. This option is optional and upon approval, the participants receive a certificate of "Passed in the Assessment". This certificate provides access to academic equivalence of higher-level seats in a Bachelor's or Master's degree according to the university chosen by the student.
High Skills can not guarantee the level of credits obtained because they are solely the responsibility of the university and course chosen by the participant.

This course aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to ensure the existence of policies and standards, process control points, to reduce risks and create reports for internal improvements and adoption of good practices.

Specific objectives:
At the end of the action participants should be able to:
• Assimilate the fundamentals of compliance;
• Understand the importance of having a Compliance department and what its role;
• Know the functions, activities and legal framework of the compliance department;
• Identify the best compliance practices used in organizations;
• Recognize the key elements of a successful compliance program;
• Identify the tools to develop a Compliance program, measure its efficiency and deal with internal investigations;
• Implement a Compliance Audit.
