Credit Recovery - Asset Management
General objectives:
This course is addressed to all professionals related to credit recovery, namely Credit Recovery, administrative of accounting and finance services, Collaborators of the administrative areas of support to the management with functions of collection of debts and delays of payment.
Specific objectives:
At the end of the course the trainees will be able to:
• use a set of mechanisms aimed at reducing / solving uncollectibles and delays in payment;
• apply methods and techniques for recovery solutions that do not jeopardize the business relationship;
• guarantee the effectiveness of action in the collection process using tools that facilitate recovery with lower cost and better gain;
• know the funds associated with this type of asset;
• build recovery and loan restructuring funds.
