Time Management and Priorities
General objectives:
This course aims to equip the participants to develop the capacity of the participants in the organization of their work and in the management of their time according to their activity and their priorities.
CONTENTS
1. Identify personal characteristics regarding work organization and time management;
2. Define priorities strategically;
3. Techniques of communication and conduct of meetings;
4. Delegate and develop the skills of employees;
5. Laws and principles of time management;
6. Self-control and assertiveness as a way to "save time";
7. Develop and implement a planned activity plan;
8. Use the tools to rationalize work and "earn" time.
