• Prior Audience Analysis;
• Elaboration and Formalization of a General Plan;
• Development of key ideas;
• Definition of the documentation and media to be used.
3. The exhibition
• Development of self-control and self-discipline;
• Establish contact with the group: ice-breakers and group dynamics;
• Expression and body language;
• Voice control and pacing;
• Dynamic discourse;
• The importance of personal style;
• Closing the presentation.
