This course aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to enhance their interpersonal relationships in their work day by day through Transactional Analysis. Transactional analysis (TA) is particularly suited to a better understanding of how we operate in interaction with our surroundings, and its various analysis grids allow for a comprehensive and pragmatic approach to our interactions and our daily lives.

At the end of this course participants will know:

• Establish positive relationships with others and achieve relational dexterity in working life;
