Emotional Management in the Professional Context
The complexity of organizational and social contexts has evolved exponentially, implying, for greater effectiveness and efficiency, that teams increase and diversify their way of acting. Daily emergencies and the pressure felt on a daily basis require professionals to act in a coordinated, assertive manner and to manage their emotions well.
However, managing emotions is not a matter of chance, nor is it learned like some magic tricks. Firstly, you need to know yourself and have the ability to look at yourself and no doubt this is already a fundamental step so that you can then learn to understand what you feel and when you feel. This way you are able to recognize and manage your emotions.
Thus, good emotion management and excellent emotional intelligence are fundamental tools for good physical and mental health, as well as facilitating performance and productivity in organizational contexts.
The training plan presented is based on the approaches to what emotions are and how they can be managed, enabling each student to get to know each other better and to better recognize their emotions.
