 At the end of the course participants should be able to:

• Identify the information that should appear in a documentary credit;
• Know how to avoid irregularities in documentary credit.
• Contextualize the importance of documentary credit in international trade;
• Refer the principles inherent to this type of credit;
• Adjust documentary credit as banking product to support transactions; internationally and place it commercially with the customer;
• Characterize the various types of documentary credit;
• Master all the formalities involved in this type of operations;
• Understand and interpret the specific regulations of the Central Bank of Angola applicable to International Trade operations.
