General objectives

This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge to enable them to achieve cost savings caused by redundancy in internal controls and processes of the organization; improved integration between areas and consequently reduced costs with Information Management; increased predictability; improved sensitivity of the organization to uncertainties and any indication of opportunity or threat to be addressed and increased resistance of organizations to market crises.
