General objectives
The Quality Management Systems (QMS) aim to contribute to organizations achieving better performance and ensuring the satisfaction of their customers, relying on a set of principles of quality management that aim to generate added value and contribute to the success of Organizations. This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills that enable them to understand and implement Quality Management Systems based on NP EN ISO 9001: 2015.
