Human Resources Management and Wage Processing with PRIMAVERA
General objectives:
This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills that enable them to correctly perform the human resources management and the salary processing of their company, in accordance with the labor legislation in force using the PRIMAVERA Human Resources management module.
Specific objectives:
At the end of the course the trainees will be able to:
• Enable knowledge of the application of procedures regarding the definition of work schedules that allow the company at any time to articulate its productivity;
• Identify the various types of Work Contracts, their Stakeholders and Procedures. (renewals, expiry and prior notices);
• Knowing the different forms of remuneration and remuneration, namely salary supplements;
• Understand the principles of human resources management in Spring ERP.
• Perform the salary processing automatically contemplating all the regular monthly changes, temporary or punctual that occur in each period, such as absences, overtime, premiums, contract purposes and other occurrences;
• To deal with the various tax and legal aspects related to salary processing, with the issuance of the respective declarations in magnetic or paper format;
• Adjust the various configurations necessary for the correct compliance with labor and fiscal legislation;
• Perform practical exercises in training context and use tasks in real environment with the support of the team of trainers.
