Control and Stock Management with PRIMAVERA
General objectives:
This course aims to provide participants with skills in the main areas of control and management of stocks in the context of PRIMAVERA's practice.
Specific objectives:
At the end of the course the trainees will be able to:
• Contain the total volume of stocks within the limits set by management and provide the customer with a good service;
• Make a secure stock management, obtaining forecasts and safety stocks for each of the references;
• Understand the principles of stock management and its application in PRIMAVERA;
• Address the various processes of the organization related to Purchases, Sales, Inventories and Transformations (assemblies, disassemblages and finishings) based on the documents and modules of the Spring;
• Perform practical exercises in training context and use tasks in real environment with the support of the team of trainers.
