Introduction to Mechatronics
General objectives:
This course is addressed to all professionals who wish to deepen the general notions of mechatronics, as well as mechatronic systems and their applications.
Specific objectives:
At the end of the course the trainees will be able to:
• Characterize the different number bases;
• Identify the typical structure of a microcontroller system;
• Describe the different groups of instructions of the microcontroller;
• Build programs that use data transfer and processing instructions, as well as test and jump instructions;
• Select the automaton depending on the automation;
• Identify the advantages of automation and in particular the use of the programmable automaton;
• Identify the elements that constitute an industrial robot;
• Identify auxiliary mechanisms of an industrial robot;
• Apply industrial robot programming methods;
• Use CAD / CAM tools from a production perspective;
• Identify the types of coordinates;
• Use the visualization tool effectively.
