Industrial Management - Technical and Financial Component
General objectives:
This course is aimed at all professionals in the industry who wish to acquire initial knowledge for industrial technical management in metal-mechanical production units in pressure equipment and atmospheric structures as well as in the area of management in general and in the financial area in particular.
Specific objectives:
At the end of the course the trainees will be able to:
- To know in general the industrial management as well as the necessary productive processes and departments for the support of the management in the productive industrial plane;
