Financial Management and Financial Markets
General Objectives:
The financial strategy of an Institution is one of the keys to the success of a project and involves several absolutely fundamental nuances as they condition or leverage the business. On the other hand, the financial markets with their extension and dynamics must be well understood since they themselves are generators not only of business but also of financing the activity. In this course, these two values will be discussed in order to present, discuss and deepen all related topics.
Specific Objectives:
This course will address the financial markets and the fundamental financial management of a credit institution. Thus, at the end of this action the trainees will be able to:
- Understand what financial markets are;
- Understand its functioning;
- Analyze the capital market;
- Understand the value of actions;
- Understand the value of obligations;
- Analyze the money market;
- Analyze the foreign exchange market;
- To know some instruments of the derivatives market;
- Know the fundamentals for sound financial management;
- Recognize the importance of a correct income management: financial margin and services;
- Manage balance sheet: debt, risk management, capital requirements;
- Manage Assets: RWA;
- Manage balance scorecard from the perspective of management information and reporting to supervision.
