Credit analysis
General objectives:
Since credit is one of the main products marketed by financial institutions, it is essential that its employees know not only the characterization of the various credit products, in order to adapt the proposals to their clients, as well as to master the various aspects related to the various stages of financing : proposal; analysis of the customer's request and risk; decision; formalization / contracting; monitoring and recovery of credit.
Specific objectives:
At the end of the course the trainees will be able to:
- To transmit theoretical and practical knowledge underlying a careful analysis of the financial conditions of the clients in relation to different credit modalities;
- Demonstrate the importance of Basel regulations and their relevance to risk mitigation;
- Address the main legal aspects related to the concession, risk analysis and recovery of credit;
- Analyze the credit modalities and the alternative products as a form of capture and customer loyalty;
- Identify best practices in credit monitoring;
- Apply effective negotiation techniques in credit granting and recovery, to individuals and companies.
