Collaborative Work with Office 365
Office 365 is a set of Microsoft Enterprise Cloud tools that bring together the best tools to allow any collaborator to create and cooperate with other collaborators inside and outside the organization, anywhere and on any device, facilitating communication, collaborative work and information sharing.
Within each organization, each group is unique, with different needs and work styles. Office 365 provides an integrated solution for everyone to collaborate more effectively through the various tools available.
The overall goal of this seminar is to sensitize participants to the main advantages of Office 365 by providing them with the fundamental concepts and concepts of collaboration and information sharing in the Cloud and effective use of the various tools available in Office 365.
This seminar aims to enable participants to:
• Identify the various Office 365 tools and their operation;
• Access, create, store, share, open and download OneDrive documents;
• Take advantage of Office 365 for cooperative work and information sharing;
• Save, create, share and build documents in a cooperative way;
• Work with groups remotely;
• Know the main changes and innovations introduced in Office Online, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote applications and their interaction with OneDrive;
• Know and use the new Office 365 tools such as Yammer, Skype, Delve, Video, Sway, Sites and Newsfeed.

- Creating, opening and sharing files with OneDrive for Business and Groups.
Module III - Office 2016 - Applications
- Opening files in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote in Office Online.
- File sharing in Office Online.
Module IV - Other Office 365 Tools and Features
- Use of communication, collaboration and information sharing tools (Email, People, Tasks, Calendar, Skype for Business, Yammer, Skype, Delve, Video, Sway, Sites and Newsfeed).
