Communication of departments in Performance Evaluation
This seminar aims to demonstrate the relevance and impact of the Departmental Communication in the Performance Evaluation process in the organization's management.
The Performance Evaluation consists of the systematic evaluation of the performance of each employee according to the activities they perform, the goals and results to be achieved and their development potential. As such, there is a close relationship between AD and communication, since there is a need for continuous feedback between departments for the systematic improvement of human resources and consequently of the company / organization in which it operates.
This seminar aims to enable participants to:
• Know communication strategies to increase transparency and acceptance of the performance evaluation process;
• Contribute to the improvement of communication by leveraging the motivation and autonomy of its work team;
• Know how to develop a positive climate in performance evaluation.

- The follow-up of the communication process in the performance evaluation

Module III - Develop a positive climate for communication
- Dealing with difficult business-related situations
- Dealing with interaction problems between manager and employee
- Dealing with a difficult individual.
