General objectives
The Quality Management Systems (QMS) are designed to help organizations achieve better performance and guarantee customer satisfaction by relying on a set of quality management principles that aim to generate added value and contribute to the success of Organizations. This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills that enable them to understand and implement Quality Management Systems based on NP EN ISO 9001: 2015.
At the end of this course participants will know:
- Build and implement the Quality Management System in its organization, in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of ISO 9001: 2015
- Prepare the respective Certification process

Module II - Identify and characterize the documentary structure of the QMS
